What if my product is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@theoutdoormania.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, usually within 1 business day.
